Three hours' of free parking is available at the BH Live Active Leisure Centre seven days a week. Should you wish to remain longer then please follow the instructions on the car park signage; this will advise you of the required charges that apply.

Morebus buses serve Royal Bournemouth Hospital. We are a short walk from there. Simply walk across the road, into Littledown Park and you will find us at the back of the park.

Bournemouth station is served frequently by Cross Country and South Western Railway. 

The nearest station is Pokesdown (half-hour walk away) but is served less and only by SWR.
